As the founding Product Designer at a fintech startup, I pioneered the end-to-end design of a comprehensive financial platform, including a user-friendly origination flow for policyholders, a seamless online banking site and mobile app, and a robust financial advisor portal for client management and platform invitations. I also designed an integrated origination and servicing platform for internal agents, driving operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

My strategic UX/UI solutions and design leadership ensured intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences that aligned with business goals and enhanced customer engagement facilitating $778M in net new draws and managing $15M+ in weekly capital activation. The user-centered experience also achieved a 4.9 Trustpilot score and a World-Class NPS of 73 (placing the product in the top 100th percentile of the industry).
