Project Cardinal is an internal initiative at Collins Aerospace to modernize their existing technology stack and roadmap products and features over the next 5-10 years.
I managed a team of six consultants to examine and verify Collins’ existing research and proposed future vision. Our work relied heavily on persona and journey mapping exercises which helped to identify core issues and guiding themes to focus on as Collins continues to broaden their public technology offerings. We were able to document the journeys and hassles of 16 different personas and provide valuable insight and direction to senior leaders at Collins Aerospace who on average had existing industry experience of over twenty years each.
