I was the lead UI designer for SunTrust Bank during a redesign of their primary B2C banking products in preparation of a global brand refresh.
The new online experience provided quicker access to account activity, better insight into personal wealth goals, and helped users manage bills and transfer money to other external recipients through better money management.
